An unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label and complete opening of the parcel is required for damage-related claims.

Customers must email the damage details, order number, photographs and unboxing video to anujaniftdelhi@gmail.com.

Products delivered in good condition are not eligible for returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
